I need to find out if you've done more of these cooking posts. I need this! I am a... uh.... struggling cook who for health, financial, and taking-care-of-dad reasons I suddenly have to do all the time after a life of doing it close to never. So: more more more!
Let's talk food! My first piece of advice would be to sign up for an account at the NYT Cooking App. It's on the pricey side for apps, (there may be a limited use for free); I use it several times a week and it's my go-to source when I want to make something new. It also lets you create shopping lists from recipes which really speeds things up at the grocery store. They have tons of recipes collected under headings like "Sheet Pan Dinners" with over 100 recipes under the heading, "Easy Weeknight noodles" (40 recipes) and such.
