Loving seeing the photos and your final 3 choices! The Stone Detail apartment is interesting, but a bit dark and dingy. The Brownstone Feel is really lovely and architecturally interesting, but sounds like a difficult move-in which means, in time, an impossibility to manuever those stairs. The Sunny Flat looks pleasant, most liveable and for what you don't have for architectual design in the apartment, you have on the exterior of the building. But, you'll know what you really love best. Bonne chance!

University students in Europe can be quite loud all hours of the night. Just saying that Brownstone Feel has that issue.

That was definitely a consideration, Marc. We said no to another apartment (not shown in this post) in part because it was on the same block as an English pub and the bartender there said they got a little rowdy and loud.
